What We Do…And Why

At Pilates Challenge, we use the time-tested Pilates Method as developed by Joseph Pilates and taught by his protégé, Romana Kryzanowska.

  • Why?   Well, for more than 80 years, athletes and dancers have appreciated the power of Pilates to build strength, flexibility, endurance and body alignment, and  we know that the method is effective for all ages, body types, and fitness levels.
  • Our instructors?  All are certified by Romana´s Pilates.
  • Our equipment?   Manufactured by Gratz in accordance with Joseph Pilates´ original specifications for precise resistance training.
  • Our plan?  To work with you to identify your personal goals and fitness needs.
  • Your time?   Never wasted!  A workout session flows from exercise to exercise,  and precision, not quantity, is the key.
