You will be challenged without even realizing it!
Pilates provides a powerful workout through a few repetitions of a series of controlled, precise movements.
Pilates Challenge offers a spacious, comfortable home for your fitness needs, with hours that will suit your schedule.
Our team of experienced, classically trained instructors will guide you through this program using Gratz apparatus, which is the finest equipment available. With a few sessions a week, you will see amazing results.

Schedules for Private Sessions
Pilates Challenge is open seven days a week, and we maintain hours that accommodate the busy lives of our clients. For private one-to-one instruction and duets and trios, we start as early as 6:00 a.m. during the week and offer appointments throughout the day, with the last sessions at 7:00 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. On weekends, our hours are a little more limited, but we stay flexible so we can arrange sessions that will work for you. Just call or send us an email to set up a schedule that will suit your needs.
Group Mat Class Schedule
While we focus primarily on private training through one-to-one, duet, and trio sessions using our fantastic Gratz equipment, we also encourage clients to learn about and perform mat work. Therefore, Pilates Challenge offers a series of popular small-group mat classes. Based upon the requests of our clients (we love feedback!) we have added morning sessions on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Here is the current schedule:
Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. —- Group mat class, all levels welcome
Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. — Group mat class, all levels welcome
Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. —- Group mat class, all levels welcome
Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. — Group mat class, all levels welcome
Fridays at 10:00 a.m. — Group mat class, all levels welcome
Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. — Group mat class, all levels welcome
Class size is limited, so please call or email to reserve space. Sessions last 45 minutes and are $25 per class. Packages of five and ten mat classes are available for $115 and $200, respectively, and our packages do not expire (and they may can be shared!). Pilates Challenge also is happy to arrange “private group mat classes” for those of you who have a group of four or more friends who would like to do a mat session together, tailored for your group.
