Don’t miss the chance to learn from this world-class instructor. The amazing Kathi Ross-Nash will give Pilates professionals a CHALLENGE, through three great sessions and a demonstration.
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: OPEN MAT CLASS WITH KATHI ROSS-NASH — All levels welcome!
11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Workshop 1 — FINDING ALIGNMENT — Focusing on the Electric Chair, Kathi will lead instructors in the analysis of different bodies to understand the importance of alignment, the role of muscle imbalance, and ways to correct both. (Open to apprentices as well as instructors.)
1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.: Workshop 2 — VARIATIONS ON A THEME — Kathi will teach variations of the classic mat exercises, focusing on how to execute them and why and when the variations should be utilized. (Open to instructors and apprentices.)
3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Demonstration — REFORMER FOR MEN. Everyone is welcome to observe.

Pricing: Full-day package purchased in advance is $135.00. When purchased individually or on the day of the session, the open mat session is $35 and the two workshops are $65.00 each. There is no fee to observe the Reformer for Men, but, because Pilatesology.com will be filming, viewing areas may be limited and we will have to be as quiet as possible.
All sessions will be video recorded by Pilatesology.com, so participants who are willing to filmed will be asked to sign a consent form authorizing their appearance. Anyone preferring not to appear in the workout videos will be accommodated. Feel free to call or email for details.
